WHAT THE GUIDE SAID: 

The engraving was made by a mason in order to annoy a monk he had a grudge against (a story told about some sheela-na-gigs as well - e.g. Ballynahinch). 

It is high up the wall, difficult to spot. 
When children are present, the guide simply says that this is a knight with his sword.
