Devizes (Wiltshire)

A corbel-table on the north side of the church of St John the Baptist (founded 1130)
includes a pair of exhibitionists (both slightly damaged) on one corbel
and a rare example of a beast-headed anal-exhibitionist acrobat,
which probably warns of the beastliness of street-entertainers.

On the left: a fine devilish monster symbolising Hell and swallowing a man with luxurious boots; below: another Hellish beast and a crude figure gesturing to its groin, both joined by a rope.
