A rare crouching male figure (who might be called Séamus-an-bhuid or Lusty Man) - not dissimilar to the one at Whittlesford.
  This looks very likely copied from a similar figure on the  frieze of the 
  church of Saint-Savinien,
  one of three Romanesque churches at Melle (Deux-Sèvres)...
